What is the full form of NASDAQ:

NASDAQ represents National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations.

It is the second largest stock exchange market in the world. It is an American / Canadian stock exchange market. There are three levels of quotes available in NASDAQ, they are: the first level tells the highest and lowest bid, the second level shows all the details and the information of the dealers who are willing to buy or sell the stock. The third level is helpful to the makers of the market and it helps them in entering the quotes which they want to and also it lets them execute orders.

NASDAQ has work timing from 4:00 am in the morning till 8:00 pm in the night. There is a pre market session which starts from 4 am and ends at 9.30 am. Then there is a normal trading session, which has timing from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm in the evening, then there is a last session which is called as post market session which starts from 4.00 pm and ends at 8.00 pm. 8.00 pm is the end of business for the NASDAQ stock market.
